Payment

Payment of registration fees (in US$) can be made in one of the following 3 ways:

    The full amount will be charged as of March 11, 2015 (after the early registration deadline).

    Please ensure that the name of the conference and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
    Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
    A copy of the bank transfer should be sent to SPP7@diesenhaus.com
  • Commitment – Payment by employer for Israeli participants only
    Israeli participants who select "Commitment” MUST send an official "Purchase Order” from their company/institution made out to:

    The Purchase Order should be sent to:
    Diesenhaus-Unitours SPP7@diesenhaus.com or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services covered. The summary printout of the on-line Registration and Accommodation Form should be enclosed.

Forms submitted with no payment details, will not be processed.
Registration will be confirmed only if full payment has been received.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the conference secretariat: Diesenhaus-Unitours – Convention Department SPP7@diesenhaus.com

Refunds of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by March 31, 2015 - full refund, less US$ 50 handling fee
  • Cancellations received between April 1, 2015 and April 30, 2015 - 50% refund
  • Thereafter - No refund
